A cheap and quick alternative to new or replacement cylinder is to repair a cylinder. ASSFALG repairs your cylinder quickly, economically and to 100% tested.

After damage assessment and removal of the broken parts the new parts were manufactured and the assembly took place under reuse of all still usable parts (bracket rod and base side, hydraulic connections piston and piston rod).

 

Repair Service: Accumulator testing with TÜV* acceptance

A TÜV* acceptance of hydraulic accumulators with a volume content of ≥ 20 liters makes economic sense. If you so require, ASSFALG will also assist you in its capacity as full- service provider: We will convert the hydraulic accumulator on-site and, after testing, we will procure all needed spare parts. We will then reassemble the accumulator, and, in cooperation with TÜV*, will check it thoroughly, pre-stress the accumulator with the correct pressure, and mount it  again on-site.
